Stuff Happens

The nomadic life of multiple location ends as the circus sets down roots.

A rural cabin becomes home for the last seven days of the shoot. No more moves for the crew. But the movies most intense scenes lie ahead.

On this film, one day on set cost $50,000. Half a million has been spent shooting. There’s only $300,000 left.

Not enough, but it’s what they’ve got.

To meet the shorten timetable, artistic compromises are made. Resistance has been worn away by the punishing schedule and constant pressure.

At days end, there are no prima donna's. Everyone pitches in to wrap the locations and keep the extra time to a minimum. The next day will already be shortened by fifteen minutes. Lucky this is tomorrow’s location and the next days.

However, each extra minute tonight means one less minute tomorrow.

Coming up on the next Good To Go.
It’s the last day on set and cast and crew pull an all nighter.
They have to finish before the birds sing because there literally is no tomorrow.

Final pressure, final push, next time on Good To Go.
